[Remote] Performance Reporting Analytics Consultant

Vedasoft Inc is seeking a Performance Reporting Analytics Consultant to partner with financial institutions in driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making through actionable analytics and automation. The role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver impactful analytics solutions that enhance member experience and business outcomes. Responsibilities • Translate client goals into actionable solution proposals, including dashboards, automation, and performance/member experience success metrics • Build tailored Implementation Plans when clients seek to create new or custom operations reporting solutions inside the Data Intelligence Platform • Participate in scoping discussions to create Statements of Work (SOWs) in conjunction with the Project Management team prior to opportunity close • Scope and build additional SOWs for clients requesting custom reports after implementation • Coordinate with Implementation Engineers for the execution of custom reporting solutions • Provide ongoing expertise to drive client adoption of the Data Intelligence solution • Advise on best practices for data collection, KPI development, and process optimization • Review all client reporting and KPI requests to assess their potential for widespread adoption across the Kinective client base • Serve as an internal consulting resource for industry-specific questions and best practices • Share insights on industry trends, digital transformation, and AI-driven analytics Skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, analytics, or a related field • 5 - 7+ years in operations, performance analytics, or business analysis within a credit union, bank, or fintech • Proven success defining, tracking, and optimizing operational KPIs • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) • Experience with SQL, workflow automation, cloud data environments, and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) Company Overview • Welcome to Vedasoft Inc (VedaSoft) – a leading technology staffing and services company offering niche and specialized services.
