[Remote] Performance QA Tester - SAP ERP System

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Technogen, Inc. is seeking a Performance QA Tester for SAP ERP Systems to work with one of their clients. The role involves designing and developing performance test scripts, conducting various performance tests, and collaborating with teams to optimize system performance. Responsibilities • Design and develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner / Performance Center for SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, etc.). Identify, design, and implement performance test scenarios based on business requirements and user workflows. Conduct end-to-end performance, load, stress, and endurance testing for SAP systems. Monitor and analyze system performance metrics (CPU, memory, DB response times, network latency, etc.) during test execution. Collaborate with SAP Basis, functional, and infrastructure teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance. Prepare detailed test reports and provide performance improvement recommendations. Maintain and enhance performance testing frameworks, scripts, and test data. Participate in performance tuning and root cause analysis sessions. Ensure alignment with SLAs and non-functional requirements. Skills • 5+ years of experience in performance testing with a focus on LoadRunner. • Proven experience in SAP performance testing (SAP GUI, Web, Fiori, or S/4HANA). • Strong understanding of SAP architecture, workflows, and integrations. • Experience with Performance Center, VuGen scripting, and analysis modules. • Knowledge of monitoring tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Splunk. • Familiarity with SQL, database performance tuning, and network analysis. • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. • Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or SAP cloud environments. • Familiarity with CI/CD integration for performance testing. • Certification in LoadRunner or Performance Testing tools. • Basic knowledge of automation testing or DevOps practices is a plus.
