[Remote] Per Diem Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA (East Valley)

They are seeking a Per Diem Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant to assist clients with personal care activities and provide companionship while ensuring clients' safety and well-being. The role includes monitoring health status, administering medication reminders, and maintaining accurate client records.
