They are seeking Peloton Experts to drive business in their retail showrooms by achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service while building relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Focus on achieving and exceeding individual sales goals
ā¢ Maximize sales through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and merchandise presentation
ā¢ Proactively utilize Salesforce to record and maintain client information and preferences to drive your business
ā¢ Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of Peloton's products and brand image
ā¢ Phone and email outreach to both established and developing clients to communicate updates, events, and follow-up
ā¢ Provide outstanding customer service at all times
ā¢ Work professionally with fellow sales specialists in a team environment
ā¢ Help to maintain visual/physical standards of store
Skills
ā¢ Prior sales experience - preferably in a customer-focused environment
ā¢ Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to exceed sales goals
ā¢ Enthusiastic, energetic, and personable professional demeanor
ā¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ā¢ Ambitious, hardworking and team-oriented
ā¢ An appreciation of fitness and a balanced lifestyle
ā¢ High school graduate or equivalent
ā¢ Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
ā¢ Proficiency with MS applications (Word, Excel, etc), Apple Products, and Salesforce a plus
