Remote Payroll Specialist; SAP Exp

Position: Remote Payroll Specialist (SAP Exp. Required) (Job Description) Globally recognized Coffee Company, headquartered in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for a Fully Remote Payroll Specialist. This job contributes to the company's success by preparing and inputting payroll data so that partners are paid accurately and on time. It is a requirement for this individual to have SAP experience, Garnishment Processing experience, and On and Off Cycle Payroll Processing experience. This position will start off as a 10-month contract, with potential for extension. This position will support PST hours, Monday - Friday Standard Morning Shift. Pay - $24/hr. (Max and Final Rate. No room for negotiation)) Location - Fully Remote (Must support PST hours!) Schedule – Standard Monday - Friday Morning Shift (40 Hours a Week) Contract Duration – 10 Months To Start W2 Employment Through Aston Carter (Summary of Key Responsibilities) • Cycle Processing • On and Off Cycle (and separations) • Communication as needed • Validates understanding of communicated guidance • Identifies gaps or enhancements and proposes changes • Guides stakeholders to ensure compliance • Ensures customer understanding of payroll information (partners outside of our team) • Uses best practices on payroll ops processes and escalates concerns • Identifies learning opportunities to enhance expertise (Qualification Requirements) • 2+ years of payroll experience (more the better) • SAP (Required and must be highlighted on the resume) • Experience with Garnishment • Microsoft Suite with Excel experience • Experience in Federal/State/Local and/or Provincial Labor, Payroll, Garnishment, and Tax Law (bonus) • HR software experience (bonus) • Success Factors (preferred) • Smartsheet (preferred) • Attention to detail (Employee Value Proposition) • Exceptional opportunity to join one of the globally recognized and largest coffee companies. • This role is central and technical within the company.
