Position Overview
This full‑time, remote‑eligible role is based in Golden, CO, and offers a dynamic blend of customer interaction, clinical coordination, and operational support. You will serve as the first point of contact for patients and providers, handling a high volume of inbound calls with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism. Whether you are confirming appointments, processing medication refills, or troubleshooting chart issues, your contributions will directly influence the health outcomes of thousands of individuals.

Key Responsibilities

High‑Volume Call Management: Answer 60–80 inbound calls per day, quickly identifying the nature of each request and routing it appropriately.
Active Listening & Documentation: Ask targeted questions, listen attentively, and capture essential information in arenaflex’s electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Clinical Liaison: Communicate directly with nurses, physicians, and pharmacists to ensure timely fulfillment of patient needs.
Medication & Referral Processing: Facilitate medication refill requests, organize referral paperwork, and resolve chart discrepancies.
Appointment Scheduling: Book, modify, and confirm patient appointments while maintaining accurate demographic data.
Problem‑Solving: Address ad‑hoc tasks such as insurance verification, benefits clarification, and general service inquiries.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas for workflow enhancements, share best practices, and participate in regular quality‑assurance reviews.


Essential Qualifications

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum age of 18 years.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑service‑oriented role where phones and computers were primary tools.
Proficiency with Windows PC applications and the ability to learn new, complex software quickly.
Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy.
Availability to work a full 40‑hour week, Monday‑Friday, with flexibility to cover any 8‑hour shift between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Mountain Time. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.


Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a healthcare setting (e.g., call center, medical office, pharmacy).
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with health‑care workflows.
Previous exposure to electronic health records (EHR) or practice management systems.


Telecommuting Requirements

Resident of Golden, CO, or surrounding area with reliable, high‑speed internet meeting arenaflex’s standards.
Dedicated, private workspace that protects patient information and complies with all data‑privacy regulations.
Commitment to maintaining the security of all arenaflex‑related documents and electronic assets.
Adherence to arenaflex’s Telecommuter Policy, including regular attendance at virtual team meetings and trainings.


Compensation & Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $28.85 based on experience, education, and market factors. In addition to base pay, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that may include:
