Remote Patient Support Representative (CA Residents Only)
Type: Temp-to-Hire | Pay: $22-$24/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM PST
Location: Fully Remote (Must work PST hours)
About the Role:
Support patients, clients, and payors with billing inquiries. You'll handle high-volume calls, explain costs, assist with payments, and document interactions. This is an entry-level role with training provided.
Requirements:
ā¢ 2+ years of customer service experience
ā¢ Medical billing, insurance experience is a plus
ā¢ Great tenure
ā¢ High-volume phone support experience required
ā¢ High school diploma (Bachelor's a plus)
ā¢ Experience working in a healthcare setting is a huge plus
ā¢ Must be available for a Zoom interview this week and next
