[Remote] Patient Engagement Associate

Imagine Pediatrics is a tech-enabled, pediatrician-led medical group focused on enhancing care for children with special health care needs. The Patient Engagement Associate will be responsible for telephonic outreach to prospective members, assisting them with enrollment and app setup, while effectively communicating services and meeting engagement targets. Responsibilities Utilize telephonic outreach and engagement strategies to contact families and walk them through the process of successfully downloading the Imagine app and scheduling an enrollment visit Effectively communicate Imagine services and overcome parent/family objections Represent Imagine Pediatrics to parents and families of medically complex children In coordination with Local Outreach Team, support telephonic outreach to non-engaged and engaged patients Leverage reporting and dashboards to prioritize telephonic outreach to prospective members Successfully meet and/or exceed engagement monthly targets Skills High School diploma or equivalent required Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in an outreach, customer service, or call center environment where an outbound communication role was primarily performed Bilingual Spanish required Benefits Competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance Healthcare and Dependent Care FSA; Company-funded HSA 401(k) with 4% match, vested 100% from day one Employer-paid short and long-term disability Life insurance at 1x annual salary 20 days PTO + 10 Company Holidays & 2 Floating Holidays Paid new parent leave Additional benefits to be detailed in offer Company Overview Imagine Pediatrics is a virtual healthcare service for children with complex medical conditions.
