They are seeking a Patient Access Center Data Analyst I to analyze scheduling patterns, service levels, patient utilization, and financial modeling to identify access gaps and opportunities for improvement. Responsibilities Analyze scheduling patterns, service levels, patient utilization, and financial modeling to identify access gaps and opportunities for improvement Create accurate reports, dashboards, and analyses that support leadership decision-making Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business teams to enhance patient experience and optimize capacity management Provide patient access data and reporting to the PAC Management Team and other departments as directed Develop systems and processes foundational for reporting and analysis Skills Experience in data analysis, decision support, medical economics, healthcare informatics, or managed healthcare Solid understanding of provider scheduling, appointment workflows, visit types, and patient access metrics Proven ability to analyze and report on business units, products, or service lines Strong analytical/modeling skills to convert raw data into actionable business insights Equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating ability to succeed in healthcare analytics Demonstrated analytical skills with experience in healthcare organizations Understanding of financial modeling within healthcare operations such as utilization metrics and payer mix Benefits Comprehensive benefits package including equity stock purchase 401k contribution Company Overview At Prism Data Consulting, we transform raw information into strategic insights.
