[Remote] Patent Agent/Patent Attorney (Mechanical Engineering)

Blank Rome LLP is seeking a Patent Agent or Patent Attorney with at least 2 years of law firm experience to support their patent prosecution and technology practice. The role involves leveraging technical expertise in Mechanical Engineering or related fields to assist clients in protecting their medical device and mechanical technology, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and supporting due diligence. Responsibilities • Draft and prosecute applications through the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. • Support due diligence.
