[Remote] Pass-Through Tax Manager | Fully Remote | Up to $150k+ | Post 3/15 Start

They are seeking a Pass-Through Tax Manager to lead complex tax engagements for partnerships and S-corporations, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities
• Manage and review pass-through entity tax returns and complex tax issues for partnerships and S-corporations
• Lead client relationships and serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of engagements
• Supervise, mentor, and develop senior associates and staff within the tax practice
• Collaborate across service lines including assurance, advisory, and wealth management
• Identify tax planning opportunities and deliver proactive advisory guidance to clients
• Support business development efforts and contribute to practice growth
• Industries include manufacturing, real estate, private equity, construction, NFP, and more — dealership/automotive experience is a strong plus
Skills
• 5-6+ years of pass-through entity tax experience at a public accounting firm
• Bachelor's in Accounting
• CPA required
• Strong client-facing skills and experience managing engagements independently
• Supervisory experience and a track record of developing junior staff
• Dealership/Automotive industry experience a plus
