About the Role: Virtual Customer Service Representative

Customer Inquiry Management: Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions via phone, email, and chat platforms. You'll provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures while maintaining a warm and approachable demeanor.
Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, including entry, verification, and tracking. You'll ensure all transactions are completed correctly while maintaining detailed records for quality assurance purposes.
Issue Resolution: Skillfully address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and problems. You'll employ critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to find effective solutions that satisfy the customer while adhering to company guidelines.

Equipment Pickup Capability: Must have the ability to visit a local arenaflex branch office to pick up necessary equipment provided for the assignment, including headsets, monitors, or other required hardware.

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center environments
Experience working remotely or in virtual team settings
Familiarity with help desk software, ticketing systems, or CRM platforms
Basic understanding of e-commerce principles and order management processes
Strong typing speed (minimum 35-40 WPM) with accuracy
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during peak seasons
Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus
