Key Responsibilities
Ā Provide part-time therapy services (8-24 hours per week) with a focus on client interaction, utilizing evidence-based psychotherapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
Ā Enhance your practice by integrating technology to deliver data-informed care and tailoring therapeutic strategies according to client progress.
Ā Collaborate with other mental health professionals and make appropriate referrals when necessary.
Required Skills
Ā Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Ā Strong communication abilities for effective collaboration with colleagues.
Ā Ability to leverage technology in delivering mental health services.
Qualifications
Ā Must hold a valid license in California as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or as a Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
Ā Minimum of two years of clinical experience working with adult clients (18+).
Ā Demonstrated experience in teletherapy and knowledge of HIPAA compliance and documentation standards.
Ā Commitment to upholding professional ethics and practices.
