Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate ($54.50/hr for Miami residents, $52.50/hr for Florida residents outside of Miami) with Opportunities for Yearly Merit Increases

We're seeking compassionate and experienced part-time remote Therapists to deliver high-quality, data-driven therapy to our clients. As a valued member of our Clinical team, you'll enjoy a balanced caseload, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment that prioritizes your well-being and growth. One-on-One Consultation as Needed
Group Consultation
Responsibilities:
Work a part-time schedule ranging from 8-24 hours per week, with a focus on conducting therapy with clients
Practice evidence-based psychotherapy, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
Conduct consult appointments with incoming clients to support high-quality assessments and therapist matching
Integrate technology into your practice, providing data-driven care and evaluating response to ongoing treatment
Communicate with other mental health providers and provide referrals as needed
Requirements:
Reside in Florida and hold a valid Florida license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PhD/PsyD)
At least two years of clinical experience treating adult individuals (18+)
Experience practicing with evidence-based psychotherapies
Comfortable incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes
At least 6 months of experience providing teletherapy
Knowledgeable of and maintain HIPAA standards of privacy and confidentiality
