[Remote] Part-Time Temporary Staff Specialist for Graduate Admissions

They are seeking a part-time, temporary Staff Specialist for Graduate Admissions to provide technical expertise for the development and maintenance of Slate CRM processes, assist with web content, and support backend processing tasks. Responsibilities • Provide technical expertise to support the continuous development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Slate processes. Builds, tests, and maintains forms, communications, event templates, portals, applications, workflows, essential data elements, and system/feature updates as needed. • Assist in building content for web landing pages and emails for Graduate Admissions • Assist in daily processing needs through the routing and indexing of all graduate admission applications, test scores, transcripts, lawful presence, recommendations and other supporting documents. As well as engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and/or text messaging as needed. Skills • Slate CRM experience required. • Exemplary oral and written communication skills, customer service oriented, and strong decision-making skills. • Must be able to utilize Microsoft Office products; such as, Word and Excel, and proficient user of Slate and BDMS. • Requires a general working knowledge of the department's functional area. • Must be able to prioritize tasks, gather and process information, work with little supervision, and maintain confidentiality.
