Remote Part time Scrum Master needs 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master or leading Agile teams
Remote Part time Scrum Master requires:
ā¢ Security clearance required
ā¢ Experience with projects using Scaled Agile Framework, collecting and documenting system requirements and capabilities, and writing user stories or structured user stories for software features
ā¢ Experience with setting up sprints in Jira, running reports, and creating queries
ā¢ Experience in working with various stakeholders to gather and refine backlogs, and supporting a technical delivery lead in decomposition sessions to determine next steps for feature development
ā¢ Ability to verbally demonstrate applied principles of scrum master role
ā¢ Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
ā¢ Bachelors degree
ā¢ Experience with data gathering and creating reports to display data using common office automation tools
ā¢ Scrum Master certification
