Remote Part-Time Recruiter
About the Role: ClassOver is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter to join our team! Your main responsibility will be to recruit and onboard qualified teachers to meet our hiring goals. This is a flexible position, and you can create your own schedule as long as tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and source talented teachers using Indeed platforms.
Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet our qualifications.
Schedule and coordinate interviews and demo lessons.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Meet the target of signing 15 teachers per month.
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in recruitment or HR is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with online recruitment tools and platforms.
