? Project Management: Overseeing timelines for software delivery and managing mid-level training projects.
? Client Communication: Coordinating launch announcements, scheduling meetings, and sending reminders.
? Materials Preparation: Creating professional printed documents and training materials.
? Database Management: Acting as Assistant Manager for leadership reports and maintaining database accuracy.
? Report Distribution: Sending client reports and ensuring consistent follow-ups.
? Email Management: Organizing and prioritizing the VP's correspondence.
? Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, tasks, and meetings for smooth project execution.
