Remote Part-Time Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders and re-orders, and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve client complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring prompt resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Triage incoming faxes, clarify orders as needed, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Utilize strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and efficient processing of pharmacy orders and customer requests.
Requirements:
Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
Previous experience in pharmacy, with long-term care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred.
Knowledge of brand name and generic medications, as well as moderate to advanced computer skills.
Excellent telephone etiquette, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus.
