Key Responsibilities Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times, ensuring that critical documents are processed promptly. Clarify orders as needed, working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns. Maintain accurate records and update systems as necessary, ensuring that client information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Essential Qualifications Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the profession. Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a long-term care (LTC) pharmacy environment, where you have developed a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and patient care. Knowledge of brand name and generic medications, including their uses, side effects, and interactions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner. High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and skills. Preferred Qualifications LTC pharmacy experience, where you have developed a strong understanding of the unique needs and challenges of long-term care patients. Frameworks / ECM knowledge, which can be beneficial in managing complex documents and workflows.
