Amazon is looking for motivated individuals to join our Virtual Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in creating a world-class customer experience for Amazon customers. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. You'll be for assisting customers with a wide of inquiries, from product support to order status, and everything in between. If you're a people-person and enjoy helping others, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Act as the first point of contact for Amazon customers and resolve their inquiries and issues efficiently.
Ensure customer problems are resolved with a one-call resolution approach.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Assist customers with navigating Amazon's website and mobile applications.
Document customer interactions with accuracy.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Self-discipline and the ability to work independently.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
