Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: Over 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in high-volume recruitment. Strong consultative and strategic thinking skills, complemented by excellent interpersonal capabilities. Excellent interviewing skills, with a focus on behavioral assessment techniques. Robust problem-solving skills and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, demonstrating a customer-oriented approach. Strong time management, prioritization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Experience with recruiting software, job boards, and proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter. A creative and resourceful approach to sourcing passive talent, with preference given to candidates with direct sourcing or recruitment agency experience. A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Professional Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) is highly regarded. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and online collaboration tools.
