In this role, youll support the Vice President by:
Project Management: Overseeing timelines for software delivery and managing mid-level training projects.
Client Communication: Coordinating launch announcements, scheduling meetings, and sending reminders.
Materials Preparation: Creating professional printed documents and training materials.
Database Management: Acting as Assistant Manager for leadership reports and maintaining database accuracy.
Report Distribution: Sending client reports and ensuring consistent follow-ups.
Email Management: Organizing and prioritizing the VPs correspondence.
Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, tasks, and meetings for smooth project execution.
