In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record-keeping. Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
2. Check source documents for accuracy
3. Verify data and correct data where necessary
4. Update data and delete unnecessary files
5. Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database
6. Check completed work for accuracy
7. Maintain logbooks or records of activities and tasks
8. Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
