Masis Professional Group looking for a Part -Time Data Entry Operator III
in Greenwood, SC. This is a WEEKLY paying role with a starting rate of $20/hr.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am - 5 pm 100% on-site Role (Hours can range 12-15hrs a week)
Ā *CONTRACT ROLE UNTIL APRIL 2026** (open to extensions)
IMPORTANT: The part-time schedule is flexible, but must be within core business hours to align with supervisor. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the location of the successful candidate, qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and job-related knowledge.
Job Overview
Data Entry Operator III will support customer service and data management activities for e-commerce, digital applications, and tools. This role will be a cross-functional partner for IT, marketing, customer service, sales, and customers. Self-motivated candidates must be able to work independently, providing excellent customer service with a high attention to detail and data management.
Responsibilities
Ā Facilitate registration and onboarding of new users requesting access to digital applications
Ā Monitor and respond to email correspondence from internal and external users to ensure successful usage of digital applications
Ā Provide troubleshooting support and quality customer service with users via email
Ā Support data entry and administration within digital applications
Ā Support data entry and data management activities across platforms and tools
Ā Support data hygiene activities
Ā Support data updates within digital applicationsRequirements
Ā Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ā Strong attention to detail
Ā Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications
Ā Experience with customer service
Ā Experience with data entry
Ā Experience with Salesforce, Adobe products, and SAP preferred but not required
