Key Responsibilities

Verify data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Update existing data and manage data cleanup tasks as required.
Organize and maintain data files, ensuring all information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
Working Hours
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The candidate should be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
