Job Summary:
In this part-time customer support role, you will:
Manage a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services
Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation
Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and develop a knowledge base of evolving products and services
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via online chat, representing our clients in a positive and professional manner
Manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting performance metrics
Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, adapting to changes and updates in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills, with strong multitasking abilities (gaming experience a plus)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor
Ability to adapt to change, work in a quick-paced environment, and meet performance metrics
Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, attend 5 weeks of training, and commit to a minimum of 16+ hours per week
Must be able to type at least 35 WPM (40+ preferred)
