Key Responsibilities Book domestic reservations for air travel, hotel, and car rentals, ensuring cost efficiency and outstanding service. Respond to requests for domestic and international price quotations, promoting acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies. Maintain professional client relations through prompt and accurate communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Achieve individual and contractual service level goals, driving business growth and customer loyalty. Manage client profiles and special requests, ensuring personalized service and attention to detail. Monitor global distribution systems (GDS) queues to maintain quality control, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Deliver exceptional customer service using effective phone communication skills, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. At least 4 years of recent experience as a Travel Consultant within the last 6 years, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Proficiency in Sabre GDS, with a strong understanding of corporate travel policies and procedures. Preferably 1+ year of international travel experience, with knowledge of global travel trends and industry developments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
