This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, as long as you reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
About the Role:
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will:
Engage in online conversations with customers, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information about our products and services
Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and develop a knowledge base of our evolving products and services
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their customers
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask (gaming experience is a plus!)
Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment
What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of $13.00
25-39 hours per week, with a variety of shifts (day, evening, and night)
