Key Responsibilities
Ā Prepare comprehensive accounting and financial reports.
Ā Accurately record financial transactions across various ledgers and perform account reconciliations.

Ā Execute various general accounting functions.
Ā Assist with payroll processing and manage sales/use tax returns.
Required Skills
Ā A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in bookkeeping.
Ā Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks.
Ā Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, along with familiarity with additional accounting software.
Ā Excellent organizational capabilities to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
Ā Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while adapting to diverse personalities.
Ā Detail-focused, reliable, and motivated self-starter who can independently learn new processes.
Ā Proven ability to review work for accuracy prior to submission.
Ā Previous experience in public accounting is favored.
Ā Successful completion of a bookkeeping examination and background check is required.
