Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and driven Part-Time Bookkeeper to assist a growing small business. This role is designed for flexible remote work, offering between 4-12 hours monthly, with hours subject to seasonal variations. After completing an initial training phase, you will have the opportunity to work from home.
Key Responsibilities
Ā Maintain and update the General Ledger (GL) to ensure precision and adherence to GAAP standards.
Ā Generate custom financial reports as required.
Ā Manage time efficiently across various tasks to ensure timely updates and responsiveness.
Ā Attend in-person meetings 2-4 times per month to discuss financial updates and progress.
Required Skills
Ā Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (certification is preferred but not mandatory).
Ā Exceptional time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
Ā Adaptability to various situations and challenges with ease.
Qualifications
Ā Experience in bookkeeping is essential.
Ā Previous work experience with long-term care facilities, such as nursing homes or assisted living centers, is advantageous.
