Position: Remote Accounting Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Thursday (times are flexible)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Pay Range: $25 - $32 per hour (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting services for a variety of clients.
Handle tasks including payroll, sales tax (Transaction Privilege Tax), 1099 preparation, and Workers' Compensation/Insurance audits.
Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Maintain financial data integrity and perform regular checks to ensure compliance and correctness.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Accounting (or a related field).
Proven accounting experience (preferred).
Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Client Relationship Manager (CRM) software.
Ability to quickly learn new accounting software and systems.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
A high level of honesty, integrity, dependability, and critical thinking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Business tax preparation experience is a plus, but not required.
