Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal with experience in real estate law to support easement acquisition efforts. This role is fully remote and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
Important:
A current / valid Texas paralegal certification is NOT required for this position.
Responsibilities
• Review and analyze legal documents such as title reports, easement agreements, contracts, and land use permits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in drafting legal correspondence, easement agreements, project summaries, and other documentation with precision and clarity.
• Perform detailed document review for litigation or transactional purposes; proofread drafts for accuracy while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proven paralegal experience within a law office environment supporting real estate transactions or land use projects.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience in drafting contracts, easements, or similar legal documents with clarity and precision.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients remotely.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks including data entry, filing systems, proofreading legal documents, and supporting project timelines.
