They are seeking a Paid Search Specialist who will take ownership of account performance, focusing on campaign builds, optimizations, and reporting without direct client interaction.

Responsibilities
• Build and launch Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and remarketing campaigns
• Structure accounts for scalability and testing
• Execute restructuring initiatives when necessary
• Implement systematic testing frameworks
• Ongoing bid, budget, and segmentation optimization
• Search term mining and negative strategy
• Asset and audience refinement
• Performance Max optimization
• Scaling profitable campaigns while protecting efficiency
• Diagnose and resolve feed disapprovals
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, and attributes
• Improve segmentation through custom labels
• Identify feed improvements that drive performance gains
• Validate Google Ads conversion tracking
• Ensure GA4 and GTM event accuracy
• Troubleshoot Microsoft UET tracking
• Identify and correct attribution or data inconsistencies
• Conduct structured account audits
• Identify inefficiencies and missed opportunities
• Provide clear, actionable optimization plans
• Deliver concise performance reporting

Skills
• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads experience
• Experience managing Microsoft Ads
• Strong Shopping and Performance Max experience
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
• High accountability and attention to detail
• Deep understanding of conversion tracking (GA4 + GTM)
• Experience working inside Google Merchant Center
