Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage paid media ads for clients, focusing on lead generation and campaign optimization
Collaborate with team members to improve landing pages, ad copy, and overall campaign performance
Conduct research, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement
Develop and share new ideas for creative audience building and ad targeting
Set goals, develop plans, and analyze results for accounts with low leads or poor performance
Stay up-to-date with the latest paid media platform updates and best practices


Tactical Responsibilities:

Create and manage campaigns, ad sets, and ads on Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn
Write compelling ad copy and create graphics using Canva
Develop and share new ideas for ad targeting and audience building
Analyze data, identify issues, and come up with solutions
Conduct research, prepare reports, and update team members on campaign performance


Requirements:

Excellent communication and copywriting skills
Experience with Facebook and Google Ads (LinkedIn Ads experience a plus)
Organizational and time-management skills
Technical and computer skills (Slack, HubSpot, Asana, Zoom, etc.)
Drive, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn and grow
