As a Remote Outreach Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of their business and contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. About the Role As a Remote Outreach Agent, you will be responsible for making and receiving calls to/from provider offices to obtain patient charts for insurance companies. You will be expected to meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on an hourly basis, and your work will be closely monitored by our Workforce Management Team to ensure that you have the support and resources you need to succeed. Make and receive calls to/from provider offices to obtain patient charts for insurance companies Meet specific KPIs on an hourly basis, including call volume, conversion rates, and data entry accuracy Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring that all interactions with provider offices are positive and productive Participate in daily team huddle meetings, staying up-to-date on company news and initiatives Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in call center operations, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar environment. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Essential Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs Data entry experience, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter information into our system Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with provider offices Ability to work in a private, distraction-free environment, with a reliable internet connection (25 mbps download/10 mbps upload) Typing speed of 20 wpm or higher, with a strong computer proficiency (75% or higher on our computer assessment) Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the healthcare industry, or a related field Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations Previous experience with workforce management software and tools What We Offer As a Remote Outreach Agent with our client, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading health technology company that is shaping the future of healthcare.
