Key Responsibilities As a Remote Outpatient/School-Based Clinician with Workwarp, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional mental health support services to children, adolescents, and families. Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering Therapeutic Support: Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions to effectively address a range of mental health and emotional challenges. Developing and Implementing Treatment Plans: Crafting and executing personalized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing best practices and staying up-to-date with the latest research and methodologies. Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel as a Remote Outpatient/School-Based Clinician with Workwarp, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Qualifications A Master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution. Must possess or be license-eligible (LICSW, LHMH, LMFT, LADC-I), demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence. Prior experience in providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families, showcasing a deep understanding of their unique needs and challenges. Skills Strong Clinical Assessment, Diagnosis, and Treatment Planning Capabilities: Demonstrating expertise in assessing client needs, developing effective treatment plans, and delivering targeted interventions.
