Remote Outpatient Coder

Remote Outpatient Medical Coder Full-Time, 100% Remote Join our team as a Remote Outpatient (OP) Medical Coder and put your expertise to work from anywhere. You'll play a key role in coding inpatient stays, surgical procedures, anesthesia, and ancillary services with precision and accuracy. What You'll Do • Assign diagnosis and procedure codes for ambulatory services using ICD-CM, CPT, E/M and HCPCS. • Apply knowledge of reimbursement systems such as PPS, APCs, and RBRVS. • Ensure accuracy in coding to support third-party billing and workload credit. • Use MHS GENESIS®, 3M Encompass 360, and other military health coding systems. • Resolve coding edit failures and complete coding queries as needed.
