What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Order Processing Specialist at arenaflex, you will be at the heart of our order management operations. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently and correctly. Here's what you can expect in this role:


Order Entry & Processing: Input customer purchase orders into our Oracle system and other software platforms with precision and timeliness. Ensure all order details are accurately captured to meet customer and company commitments.
Order Verification: Review, verify, and make corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications. Contact customers directly to resolve any unclear issues or discrepancies.
Customer Satisfaction: Strive to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction through efficient and timely order processing. Your efforts will directly impact our reputation and client retention.
Order Lifecycle Management: Manage orders in the business system through the entire order cycle, from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring seamless coordination with other departments.
International Compliance: Screen all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintain awareness of international trade requirements.
Reporting & Analysis: Gather information for measurement, analysis, and reporting purposes. Contribute to process improvements by identifying trends and suggesting enhancements.
System Utilization: Effectively utilize Oracle, CRM, and ERP business systems to perform daily tasks. Be willing to learn and adapt to new software platforms as needed.


What We're Looking For: Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a combination of technical skills, relevant experience, and personal attributes that enable you to excel in a remote work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity standards.

Experience Requirements

3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience: You should have a proven track record in data-intensive roles or customer-facing positions that required precision and accuracy.
Customer interaction experience: Previous experience communicating with customers professionally, whether via phone, email, or chat, is highly preferred.
Computer proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook is required. You'll be expected to navigate these applications daily.
Oracle experience: Familiarity with Oracle ERP systems is required. If you have experience with similar enterprise systems, we encourage you to apply as training may be provided.
Education: A minimum of 2 years of post-secondary education is required, with an Associate's degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Must be at least 18 years of age
