The Associate Consultant will consult with clients on service line workflows, provide solution oversight, and lead revenue cycle implementations for federal healthcare clients. Responsibilities Lead and support end-to-end revenue cycle implementations with a focus on charge services for federal healthcare clients (DoD, and potentially VA) Configure and customize Cerner Millennium solutions to meet the specific needs of federal reimbursement models and operational workflows Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing hands-on support during deployment and post-go-live stabilization Adapt to evolving client needs in fast-paced environments, ensuring alignment with government regulations and project goals Skills 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Cerner Charge Services, ideally in a federal healthcare setting Proven track record in Cerner Millennium implementation, configuration, and optimization Ability to quickly understand and navigate federal reimbursement processes, including insurance and billing workflows Direct experience supporting DoD or VA healthcare projects is strongly preferred Exposure to both commercial and federal revenue cycle environments, demonstrating adaptability and a broad understanding of industry best practices Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance, including expert medical opinion Short term disability and long term disability Life insurance and AD&D Supplemental life insurance (Employee/Spouse/Child) Health care and dependent care Flexible Spending Accounts Pre-tax commuter and parking benefits 401(k) Savings and Investment Plan with company match Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.
