AppLab Systems, Inc is seeking an Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (EBS) Techno functional consultant with expertise in Projects, Contracts, Costing, and Billing. The role involves addressing user issues, managing tickets, performing configuration updates, and enhancing processes in the discrete manufacturing domain.
Responsibilities
• Address User issues
• Resolve technical problems
• Manage tickets
• Product service requests
• Perform needed configuration updates
• Interact with customers and SME’s
• Work on enhancements
• Perform root cause analysis where required
• Improve processes
Skills
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required (without any dual citizenship)
• 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS modules with focus on Project manufacturing
• Experience in relevant technologies PL/SQL, Reports, APEX and workflows
• Understanding various business processes in manufacturing (INV, WIP, Depo Repair)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work closely with customers
