As a Customer Development Manager, you will:
Manage data sources to monitor field execution of vendor programs and assortments
Analyze and report data to identify issues, trends, and exceptions, and drive improvement of results
Develop and communicate performance metrics and goals relevant to each business
Create and deliver effective reports using POS data, syndicated data, and account-specific database information
Evaluate and make recommendations on supplier performance to enhance the company's inventory and fill rate objectives
Collaborate with external retail customers, key suppliers, and internal teams to deliver insights and recommendations

Bachelor's degree and experience in the CPG sector, with adult beverage experience preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
