Remote Operations Manager – Strategic Operations
The Savvy OBM is growing! We are a premium OBM and Executive Assistant agency made up of highly skilled, top 1% professional contractors. We are looking for exceptional U.S.-based Online Business Managers (OBMs) to join our supportive, fully remote team.
About the Role:
This is a 1099 contractor position. We are seeking seasoned Operation Managers (OBMs) with a proven track record of working remotely and supporting entrepreneurs and founders at a strategic and operational level. You must have the confidence, systems, and leadership skills to proactively manage projects, streamline operations, and guide CEOs through delegation so they can focus on scaling their businesses.
What We’re Looking For:
• U.S.-based ONLY (you must reside and work within the U.S.)
• 5+ years of business operations or chief of staff experience
• 2+ years of remote work experience
• Certified OBM or equivalent experience strongly preferred
• Experience working as a 1099 contractor
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to take ownership, manage multiple moving pieces, and keep the team and CEO aligned
• Highly proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented
• Looking for long-term opportunities (1+ years) to grow with a client and consistently provide high-level strategic and operational support
Compensation:
• Pay is $60 - $90/hour for OBM-level support

As a boutique agency, we take time to personally match our team members with the right clients. After being hired, there may be a waiting period of 1 week to 2 months before you’re paired with a client, depending on client needs and fit.
Once matched, our clients are looking for dedicated OBMs who are committed to long-term partnerships and who are ready to lead and grow alongside them.
