The Remote Online Support Associate will manage online client communications, assist with inquiries, provide information about services, and help coordinate with internal tax professionals when necessary. This role is essential for maintaining high-quality client service in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via online chat, email, and secure portals
• Provide accurate information about tax preparation services and procedures
• Assist clients with appointment scheduling and service navigation
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
• Support daily operations and client satisfaction in a remote environment
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Previous customer service, administrative, or online support experience preferred
• Excellent written communication and typing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple conversations and tasks efficiently
• Comfortable using online communication tools and learning new systems
