Fundamental Objective : The Online Education Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining business relationships with K-12 school leader, or within the greater community of any given city. The Online Education Manager will be responsible for the continuous development of the companies Online Education Program. The Online Education Manager will also be responsible for... contributing in the development of an infrastructure that can support the Online Education Program. Job Responsibilities and Duties include : · Monitoring the Online Education Programs metrics related to retention, attendance, and completion outcomes to meet the programs and organizational objectives. · Review the programs infrastructure regularly to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations, accreditor/licensing standards, and institutional policies and procedures. · Supervising and managing the Online Teachers by providing day-to-day performance coaching. · Ensure that the Online Teachers are trained and understand the company's policy and procedures. · Conducting virtual classroom observations on a regular basis · Working with faculty members to perform curriculum reviews to improve quality of instruction · Review and prepare class schedules to optimize class size for achieving an effective student learning experience. · Monitoring the Online Education Programs metrics related to student retention, attendance, and completion outcomes to meet the program and organizational objectives. · Work alongside the IT Department to ensure the virtual classroom and virtual classroom support infrastructure can sustain the volume of students expected to be enrolled in the program. · Work alongside Human Resources Department to monitor the Online Education Program's Payroll process, including timecard review and time and attendance approvals.
