Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer service inquiries via chat, email, and occasionally phone
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their accounts and transactions
Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and efficiency
Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions
Assist customers with online navigation and troubleshooting
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
Requirements
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with online platforms
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong empathy and problem-solving skills
Previous customer service experience preferred
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
