You'll engage with customers online to understand their needs and translate those insights into actionable strategies for a better customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers across online platforms to gather feedback, opinions, and suggestions regarding Aeetna products and services.
Analyze and interpret customer data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate customer insights and advocate for customer-centric solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to increase online engagement and participation in opinion-sharing activities.
Monitor online discussions and address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Contribute to the development of customer satisfaction surveys and other feedback mechanisms.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in online customer engagement and opinion sharing.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in online community management, customer engagement, or market research.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms and online forums.
Passion for customer advocacy and driving positive customer experiences.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in online community management, customer engagement, or market research.


Work Schedule:

Flexible, remote work schedule with occasional evening or weekend availability required to accommodate online community activities.
