[Remote] Onboarding Scheduler

They are seeking an Onboarding Scheduler to coordinate and manage daily onboarding schedules, facilitating technician appointments and serving as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related communication. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily onboarding schedules, facilitating up to six technician appointments per day Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related communication, supporting over 50 users weekly Verify account readiness for new users, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Multi-Factor Authentication setup Administer and monitor ticket queues, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements and operational efficiency Manage shipping and tracking of IT equipment for remote users while maintaining accurate records Skills High school level reading, writing, and analytical skills; minimum of 1 year of experience Experience in IT operations, onboarding coordination, help desk support, or administrative scheduling roles Familiarity with ticketing systems and identity/access management processes Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Multi-Factor Authentication setup Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with asset management systems and device deployment tools (Intune, MDT, Autopilot preferred) Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to maintain accuracy and compliance in documentation standards Company Overview At Prism Data Consulting, we transform raw information into strategic insights.
