FULLY REMOTE Oil & Gas Transactions Attorney – Houston – 2 Years of Experience A mid-size oil & gas Houston law firm with attorneys who work fully remote is seeking a remote Title Opinion Associate with experience drafting oil and ga title opinions the Bakken Region (North Dakota, Montana, etc.) independently. The firm offers flexible billable requirements, with lucrative salary goals DOE and on agreed billable goals. The firm is seeking a solid oil & gas transactional attorney who has experience with JOAs, PSAs, and the full suite of transactional work that an oil & gas E&P land department generally requires on a recurrent basis. Our ideal candidate is either someone with experience out of big law or someone who has been in-house (either in the GC’s office or the Land department) at an oil & gas company, who has experience in this area. Can be barred anywhere!
