[Remote] OFSAA Developer (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking an experienced OFSAA Developer/SME to support enterprise financial reporting and profitability analytics within a large banking environment. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the OFSAA platform, providing technical leadership, and collaborating with finance stakeholders to improve financial reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Configure, develop, customize, and support OFSAA modules including:
ā¢ OFSAAI
ā¢ OFSALM
ā¢ OFSFTP
ā¢ OFSPFT
ā¢ OFSADIH
ā¢ OFSDF
ā¢ Perform OFSAA patching, upgrades, monitoring, and performance tuning
ā¢ Develop and maintain data mappings (EDW to OFSAA), including T2T development
ā¢ Support ETL processes and PL/SQL development
ā¢ Collaborate closely with finance teams to analyze monthly reporting requirements
ā¢ Ensure SDLC processes are documented and followed
ā¢ Support data warehouse enhancements and cross-application impacts
ā¢ Contribute to ongoing profitability and regulatory reporting initiatives
Skills
ā¢ 3ā5+ years supporting OFSAA (8.1.x versions preferred)
ā¢ Strong experience with OFSAA patching, monitoring, and performance optimization
ā¢ Erwin Data Modeling experience
ā¢ Solid Unix/Linux scripting knowledge
ā¢ Strong SQL and PL/SQL development skills
ā¢ Experience with ETL processes and data warehouse environments
ā¢ Experience using SQL Developer and/or Toad
ā¢ Bachelor's degree
ā¢ 5+ years of Data Warehouse experience
ā¢ 5+ years of application development experience
ā¢ 5+ years in financial services or banking
ā¢ Experience merging models across multiple OFSAA instances
ā¢ Knowledge of enterprise job scheduling tools (e.g., Zena)
ā¢ Strong understanding of banking financial statements and profitability metrics
ā¢ Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and collaboration skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
